  • Appointment data: selected service, staff member, date/time, appointment status, and source (panel, WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Messaging identifiers: WhatsApp phone number / Telegram chat ID (to enable appointment booking via bot).

3. Collection Method

Your data is collected electronically: either by manual entry in the salon management panel or by you submitting it to the WhatsApp/Telegram appointment bot.

4. Processing Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Creating, managing appointments and sending confirmation/reminder notifications — contract performance and legitimate interest of the data controller.
  • Marketing / win-back messages (e.g. campaigns, "we miss you" messages) — only with your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Appointment confirmations and reminders are transactional messages and do not require separate marketing consent.

5. Transfers and International Transfers

To provide the service, your data is processed in infrastructure provided by the following vendors (servers may be located abroad):

  • Supabase — database and authentication (hosting).
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) — messaging via WhatsApp.
  • Telegram — messaging via Telegram.
  • Email (SMTP) provider — email notifications.

Your data will not be shared with or sold to third parties beyond these purposes.

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the appointment and customer relationship, and for the periods prescribed by applicable law; it will be deleted or anonymized when the purpose ceases or upon your request.
