2. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the salon, staff, service, and customer information you enter.
• It is the responsibility of the salon representative to comply with applicable law (including privacy regulations) and to obtain necessary disclosures/consents when processing customers' personal data.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service may not be used for spam, illegal content, activities that violate third-party rights, or purposes contrary to the terms of use of integrated platforms such as WhatsApp/Telegram. Violations may result in account suspension.

4. Subscription and Access

New salon accounts undergo an approval process and can only use the panel and bot features after approval. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party infrastructure such as Supabase, Vercel, Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, and email providers. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions from these services or situations arising from their own terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions.
